The champions of England keep their Anfield unbeaten run alive but fail to maintain their winning streak at the venue in Burnley 1-1 draw.
In an evenly contested fixture, Burnley held Liverpool to a draw with a 1-1 scoreline, which meant that Liverpool failed to win for the first time in 18 months at Anfield. Andy Robertson scored the opener for Liverpool in the 34th minute but then Jay Rodriguez equalized in the 69th minute for Burnley.
After Liverpool's draw, Sunderland remain the only team in English top-flight history to win 100% of their home games in a single season.

Important facts from the match
The man of the match against Jurgen Klopp’s Reds was Nick Pope. The goalkeeper has become a star in the eyes of football fans. He currently leads the race to the Golden Glove with 14 clean sheets to his name. Though the draw hasn’t helped in his pursuit but would certainly increase his chances to feature for England’s international side ahead of Jordan Pickford.
Curtis Jones started in his full debut ahead of Jordan Henderson as the Liverpool skipper was ruled out for the rest of the season with an injury picked up in the Brighton victory. Liverpool shared the majority of the possession in the first 10 minutes of the game and looked to score through Sadio Mane.

Burnley’s defense was up to the task against the Anfield outfit but then found the net when Fabinho passed an inch-perfect ball to Andy Robertson. The left-back slotted the ball past Nick Pope, into the far post with a towering header fit for a center forward.
Burnley tried to find an equalizer at the end of the first half with quick corners. However, Alisson punched away the ball and led them to safety. In the dying minutes of the first half, Nick Pope saved Burnley from conceding a second with a brilliant save.
