The Premier League’s Project Restart has almost come and gone with only four fixtures and two weeks of football left to play.

To this point at the end of Matchday 34 and at the start of Matchday 35, we only have one team who remains unbeaten over the five fixtures on return to action. The question that needs to be asked now… Is this the rising wake of the sleeping Devils?

As we are well aware we have our champions who haven’t been perfect but has still come away with the results in search of their centurion dream. A couple of tough clashes coming up and they have to do that without captain Henderson after an injury sustained in their Brighton victory. Intrigued to see their outcome indeed.

Evident over the fivesome of EPL matchdays behind us, Man City’s season was pretty much summed up and their results are the crucial evidence needed to elaborate on this. They have a big Monday coming up next week where their Champions League fate will be decided on the day.

One thing standing out above all else, the talented youth in the league especially the English talents in the Manchester clubs. Since the restart, Arsenal, Liverpool, and both Manchester clubs have had English youngsters from their respective academy score Premier League goals. Bright futures!

After a handful of games, the Premier League’s 2019-2020 has almost been fulfilled, we now take a look at who of the clubs were the best out the blocks and are still running the show. Considering all the results it wasn’t too difficult of a choice to identify the top five teams since being back.

It must be noted this is taken over the last five games, as only one team here has played an extra fixture, due to the set of catchup fixtures since the EPL comeback.
