The German wonder kid, Kai Havertz

Kai Havertz has that something special. At only 21-years-old he has already made 109 senior appearances for Leverkusen scoring 34 goals and assisting 21 since 2016.

An attacking midfielder with his qualities would surely increase Liverpool’s firepower. He is a player the Reds needs and would be perfect in the number 10 role behind Firmino.

He is built for the Premier League and shows composure beyond his years, which is always great to have in any team. Considered hot property, the German International who is under contract until 2022, could go for about £100m which is a huge sum for a player coming from Leverkusen.

The Reds can offer him Champions League football which plays a major factor in today’s football and that may attract and pique the youngsters’ curiosity.

Chelsea is said to be strong favourites to land the attacking midfielder as they have already acquired Timo Werner. This could also interest Haverts and he joins his German compatriot.
