For Newcastle to be successful, the correct transfer policies and recruitment methods should be put into place from day one.

Newcastle needs a competent manager with skilled assistants, as well as having a say on the kind of players he wants to be brought in. All strategies should align within the direction of which the club will be moving.

An excellent example of this is Liverpool. They prefer to buy young capable players who can play in multiple positions, which has benefitted them immensely.

This outlook hinges, however, on the goals and objectives of the potential new owners, and their willingness to want to achieve something great as a club and in the Premier League, perhaps even Europe.
