Steer Clear

Mason Mount (MID, 6.1m, Everton at home)

It’s been a strong debut Premier League season for Mount and he has impressed a lot of people. Unfortunately, that hasn’t translated into FPL points, especially in recent weeks.

He hasn’t scored since week 15 and has just 3 assists in that time. Chelsea have strong fixtures but with Barkley taking a more advanced role there’s less room for Mount to make an impact in the final 3rd.

Ayoze Perez (MID, 6.2m, Villa at home)

I called out Perez as a trap at the start of the season and I think I’ve been justified in that opinion.

He has been erratic at best, producing a hat trick against Southampton but just 4 goals across the rest of the season, occasionally losing his place in the starting line up. Vardy should be back this week and that’s all the Leicester you really need!
