Matchday 27, Liverpool versus a struggling West Ham side. The battle of two teams at opposite sides of the league table. Who will come out on top in this Anfield event?

It is the final day and final game of Matchday 27 and it features two clubs sitting at different ends of the Premier League table. The hosts, flying high and almost untouchable with only a nick on their neck worth two points.

They are flying so high, the skies are nearly filled with red as the club mounts up for early and inevitable celebrations of Premier League glory. Only a draw stands in their way so far of ultimate honour.

The visitors, already a manager down and one recycled, fighting in the pits of relegation. Their start was as strong as a contender for a European spot, but then later turned into more of the same of what they’ve come so accustomed to over the recent years in this cut-throat Premier League.

This turn of tides has been unkind to the visiting team, and it will certainly not be any different when they visit an Anfield out for blood, and on the bounce back. Hopefully, David Moyes has his Hammers hitting above their weight.
