The Hare and the Tortoise Update

I might have forgotten to make changes to the team’s this week. But they did surprisingly well considering they were still saddled with Mane and only the Hare had Salah as a fallback option.

The key to their success was that I forgot to remove Snodgrass who went wild against Brighton! Plus both had Liverpool VC’s with Firmino taking over for the Tortoise and Salah doing the honours for the Hare.

With Liverpool not playing until next weekend, it’s possible we won’t have a Mane updated before the GW begins, so I’ll have to make a call on whether to stick or twist!

The Top Flight Mini-League

There was no movement within the top 6 places as leader Stephen Aherne got a score of 60 after playing the WC, but his lead was further reduced by Jason McDonagh’s score of 65 in 2nd. The gap is now just 10 points!

The best score of the week was Sir Alex who scored 83! They kept on Snodgrass for a whopping 18 points, as well as captaining Mo Salah and investing in Dean Henderson and double Liverpool defence. Still holding on to Jon Lundstram though… More on him later.
