Liverpool finally finds their Coutinho replacement in Takumi Minamino

It has finally been confirmed by Liverpool Football Club. A deal for Takumi Minamino from RB Salzburg has been completed. What player has the Reds captured with the signing of the Japanese playmaker?

Liverpool’s probably the most trending club over the past several days. Not only playing back-to-back games in back-to-back days, but Liverpool also announced the signing of up and coming star, Minamino.

It was reported on Wednesday the 24-year-old attacker arrived in Liverpool on Merseyside shores and underwent a successful examination with the medical team.

"Liverpool Football Club can confirm an agreement has been reached with Red Bull Salzburg for the transfer of Takumi Minamino. The Japan international forward will officially become a Reds player on January 1 after he finalised personal terms and passed a medical on Merseyside on Wednesday. (via: liverpoolfc.com)"

Furthermore, the Anfield club was hoping they could announce the arrival of the Japanese before the weekend, and have successfully done so.
