After Matchday 5’s Tuesday fixtures, we already have two Premier League side qualified and through to the knockout round of the Champions League.

Jose Mourinho has led his Tottenham side to their second victory in as many games in charge. It’s looking more and more like it was meant to be for Jose and Tottenham as they go 2 and 0.

Over in other parts of England, Man City lost their perfect record but maintained their undefeated start to the Champions League. A big worry for Guardiola and co? Not at all!

It was a difficult night for the English pair in Europe. Spurs went down first in their clash but finished strong enough to turn the result around in their favour.

Pep’s side struggled to pull off another masterpiece against a side they’ve done a lot of mental damage to in the UCL and only managed to take a point.

It must have felt like a victory to the boys from Ukraine. Thankfully for both sides, they’ve now qualified and are through to the next round of the competition.
