Some tasty fixtures happening this weekend in the EPL. The log leaders Liverpool kicks off Matchday 7, with the weekend ending in a crunching duel between United and Arsenal.

Big stakes up in the Premier League this weekend. The Reds travel to a stubborn and silent killer, newly promoted Sheffield United.

Will they keep that 100 per cent league record going, or are Sheffield the team to cause some sort of upset? Funny enough, it’s another day where the Reds of Merseyside depend on the Blues of Merseyside, as they kit up for a clash with the English champs, Man City.

Can the favour be accomplished? No way is there an option for Everton to lose this fixture, seeing they’re on a three-game losing streak. Silva’s job is on the line, a win is imperative to save him.

Other than these two powerhouses (City and Liverpool) competing for the title, a host of other fixtures play out in a congested Saturday, eight to be precise. Following a bustling Saturday is a lonely Sunday and Monday (such an anticlimax).

Monday Night Football ends Matchday 7 with a battle for top four between big rivals Man United and Arsenal. Some light at the end of the tunnel of boredom.
