West Ham travels to Villa Park for Monday Night Football in Premier League action

Aston Villa entertains West Ham in the final instalment of Matchday 5 of the English Premier League. What West Ham will pitch up and what Villians will be in Villa Park?

Always a toss-up these days with inconsistency a factor in both these teams gameplay. Although, this could be a time of change for the visiting team, who enjoy their best start in the Premier League since 2012-2013. The last manager to have them on a seven-point run after four fixtures was Sam Allardyce.

The home side has sadly stated in that erratic zone since rejoining the league. Their current run in their last three games has seen them lose one, win one, and then lose another, respectively. But a seven-goal thriller in their Carabao Cup afore their most recent Matchday 4 outing saw six goals scored by the Villians, proving they have got what it takes in front of goal.

Manual Pellegrini and his men from London were unwelcoming to the international break after a great start, sitting in ninth place with a chance to go up the table if they win. A win puts them in third place above Spurs and Man United.

If they draw, they’d sit on the same points as six other clubs. This displays the importance of a win and that losing or a draw is not really an option. If the Hammers get the three points, its back-to-back wins in their last three games, going unbeaten for four.
