The rich and varied history of Merseyside has enabled the people of this region to not only develop a taste in football but also develop a unique gastronomical environment.

Scouse is the most famous local cuisine of the Merseyside region. Not to be mistaken that Scouse is the nickname for local dialect, it is also the name of the most prominent local delicacy.

Everton’s transfer window has been extremely productive; it seems Everton’s finding the perfect recipe for European qualification.

Scouse is mainly a beef and lamb cooked stew with a base of chunky vegetables and seasoned with sauces and spices.

Everton are on course to make a perfect dish. The fans witnessed a mammoth seven incomings. Most of the signings are expected to repair the cracks that we observed last season.
