West Ham will be the talk of the town, actually the talk of London and England. High expectations after several class signings.

West Ham midfielder Pedro Obiang is close to completing his move to Sassuolo for £7.2m plus bonuses. (Sky Italy) Hammer’s are planning to replace him with either Wanyama or Elneny.

TF: Selling deadwood and buying another! Wanyama and Elneny will be good backup options and can provide a plan ‘B’ if things are going south.

West Ham United have approached €15m rated 26-years-old attack-minded, right-back Djibril Sidibe. Palace is also scouting him to replace United’s AWB. (L’Equipe)

TF: Sidibe will be a star addition to both these clubs. Zabaleta is old and close to retirement and Fredricks not up to the standard. Sidibe’s attack-minded game will benefit both Palace and West Ham. Both the teams tend to instruct fullbacks to make darting runs in the opposition half.

Lys Mousset left Bournemouth to join Sheffield United for the next three seasons for a reported £9 million. Cherries will move for Philip Billing of Huddersfield. Howe regards him as having significant potential. Terriers have placed a £17M price tag on him. (SportsPeterO, Daily Mail)

TF: His numbers are indeed impressive. 2.2 interception per 90, three tackles won per 90 with 77% accuracy. Any mid-table PL side looking to add robustness to their midfield should take him on. Cheaper due to Huddersfield’s Championship status and Howe is an expert at plucking cheap gems from the Championship and Ligue 1 sides.
