The once hero of Stamford Bridge reaches a surplus of requirements at Chelsea and is on the hunt for a new club.

Sarri opted to go without the old Englishman since taking over at the club. There is certainly no way back into the Chelsea squad for Gary, therefore he must search for a new venture elsewhere.

There have been many teams linked with a move for the centre-back. However, the hot favourites in the pursuit of Gary Cahill are Aston Villa. A reunion with John Terry is on the cards. The odds of him joining Villa has been slashed from 3/1 to 1/1.
