The last of the last. The final curtain. The grand finale. The chequered flag is being waved, signalling the end to one dramatic English Premier League campaign.

Once again, the long and winding road of FPL is coming to a close. Hopefully, you’ve managed to meet your personal goals, whether that’s beating rivals in personal leagues or the never-ending quest to better your overall rank PB.

I haven’t quite made it there – I hit just outside top 3k last year and I’m sitting at 27k now, but I’m still happy given I hit rock bottom of 400k around Christmas!

The last week of the season can throw up some mad results and unlikely FPL heroes. Previously we’ve seen hat tricks from Giroud, Walcott and Lukaku (at West Brom, AGAINST Man United), with mad matches such as Tottenham 5-4 Leicester and Newcastle 5-1 Tottenham!

Therefore any predictions come with a caveat that we don’t know which teams will bother and which teams will get out their deck chairs the minute the final whistle blows.
