What an ending to the second round of quarterfinal fixtures in both, the Champions League and Europa League.

Six English outfits entered the final eight of their respective tournaments but only four progressed beyond the daunting quarterfinal period. Two of them battled it out in what was surely the most epic quarterfinal meeting in the history of Champions League football.
