This was the comeback of the weekend! Newcastle’s heroic victory over Everton places them in the top two for this week’s Power Ranking.

Rafa’s men looked as if they were taking nothing from their St. James Park meeting between them and Everton. Instead, a different team walked out onto the pitch after the halftime break and they walked out with a never give up, type of attitude.

Three goals late in the game helped Newcastle clinch their fifth straight home victory in one of the best turnarounds the Premier League this season. The resolute, plus effort and quality in front of goal was worthy of all three points.
