The Vardy party is back after his brace contributed to Brendan Rodgers first Premier League victory with Leicester City his new home.

A typical Rodgers performance was outlined with three goals and a goal conceded, the type of game the manager has been notoriously known for. He seems to have the Foxes firing again and Vardy the leading contribution to their cause on the pitch.

Youri Tielemans opened his account in the Premier League when he was set up for the first of the game. Soon after his goal was cancelled out by Fulham’s substitution, Floyd Ayité. But the day belonged to Jamie Vardy who scored two on the day and was involved in all the goals. He hit 101 goals for Leicester City. A proud achievement by one of the most lethal strikers in the EPL today.

Fulham again caused their own problems as Scott Parker adds no significant change to their results. Harvey Barnes along with Vardy and Teliemans, the biggest focal points on the field served as a bright light for Leicester City’s future.

Cardiff City 2-0 West Ham (The fight for survival continues)

What a stunner put in by the boys from Wales. From the first whistle to the final one, they fought for every point earned on the day. The big difference and who has been the highlight of Cardiff City’s campaign is Victor Camarasa. Goals from him and Junior Hoilett on either side of the pitch, respectively, was enough to see the game end in Cardiff’s favour.

The Bluebirds sit hot on the heels of those two points above them (Burnley and Southampton, respectively). West Ham, on the other hand, finds themselves on a run of inconsistency. They sit in ninth place and failed to take their chances and move up above Watford after they lost to Man City.
