It took Wolves two weeks to get back to winning ways. They were one of the more convincing teams while the big guns struggled to shoot past their opponents.

The Wanderers took advantage of a crippled Cardiff City side. After strains of putting the ball at the back of the net was set aside when they netted two. They completed a sturdy victory by ending the game with no goals conceded.

Let’s see if the Wolves are back as they come up against two of the top six in back-to-back match days. They take fourth place, easily.
