Six points collected from one fixture for Huddersfield. Such a strange stat as the Terriers take their first three points in the new year.

It was a demanding duel between Huddersfield and Wolves. The tight affair went goalless all the way till the 90 minutes of the game. In the first minute of added time, Huddersfield persistence paid off in a big way.

They scored the only goal of the game and left Wolves dumbstruck that they were the only team not to collect points against the worst team in the English Premier League. The game was well-contested with both teams’ possession and number of passes few decimals apart from each other.

The Wanderers enjoyed more of the ball while the Terriers took their chances at goal and recorded more shots at goal than the visitors. The poorest of all stats is that Nuno’s men never registered a shot on target. Steve Mounie was the player to score for Huddersfield.
