Manchester United travel to Selhurst Park to face Crystal Palace in matchday 28, in the English Premier League. All of the top six clubs take to the pitch later this evening.

United have been in fine form since interim manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took over from Jose Mourinho in December last year. Things were all cool runnings but now they face a big crisis as they miss most of their first team through injuries.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could be without 10 first team players, who are sidelined through injuries. They will undoubtedly, miss the trip to London tonight when they face Crystal Palace. Over the weekend as many as four players were injured during the clash against their rivals Liverpool.

Solskjaer is yet to lose a game in the Premier League since he took over from Mourinho, having drawn 2 matches and winning the rest. However, with that being said, facing Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park without ten first-team players is a dangerous proposition for any manager.

More from Crystal Palace

On the other hand, Crystal Palace has had an inconsistent campaign in the League so far. They currently occupy 14th place in the League standings with 30 points, 6 points clear of safety. The Eagles have shown that they are capable of beating the big teams in the league this campaign, as they have already beaten Man City 2-1 in December. They have also dumped their London rivals Spurs out of the FA Cup.

The mood in Roy Hodgson’s dressing room is high because they have recently beaten Leicester City 4-1 and are undefeated in the League since they were beaten by Liverpool at Anfield.

United’s last visit to Selhurst Park was a 3-2 victory courtesy of Nemanja Matic injury-time thunderbolt under Mourinho. This season the Red Devils and the Eagles played out a 0-0 draw at Old Trafford under Mourinho as well.

What’s the team news?

Crystal Palace could be without their right back, Aaron wan Bissaka who is still out injured. Mamadou Sakho, Souare, Speroni and Martin Kelly are all said to be missing from selection.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could be without Ander Herrera, Juan Mata, Jesse Lingard, Anthony Martial, Darmian, Valencia, Jones, Rojo and Rashford.

Key players to watch!

Wilfried Zaha is one of the best wingers in the League at the moment and could cause any fullback problems with his strength, power and dribbling abilities. He scored twice last time out against Leicester City and will be hungry to get more especially against his old club!

Paul Pogba has been the heartbeat of every United attack since Solskjaer took over and his form has drastically improved with 9 goals and 6 assists. He has contributed the most to the manager’s push for a top-four finish this season.
