Both teams can’t be satisfied with the result after they share the points. How Bournemouth never took all the points was down to their own doing.

Nuno Santo’s men come away with another late, dramatic finish to a Premier League fixture. A late equaliser when they took on Newcastle prior to the FA Cup break, followed up by the same ending in this one at the Vitality Stadium.

This time luck played a major hand in the Wanderers’ fortune during their afternoon meeting. No goals from open play, yet both teams recorded 10 shots at goal. Joshua King offered Nuno the points after missing the third spot-kick from 12-yards out.

Wolves now took four points from this fixture after taking all the points at the Wolves den, 2-0. They rightfully head home above Howe’s men, after they (Bournemouth) fail to win another fixture with their leading goal scorer missing, Callum Wilson.

The home sided aided in Nuno’s men going eight games without a loss, across all competitions. In Howe’s case… His men have only taken a point from the last three games. Since their amazing showing a fortnight ago when they finished off Chelsea with four goals giving up none on the other end, they’ve been more consistent at dropping points.

The best performer of the day was Cherry, Nathan Ake. He cut out almost every attack and threat taken at his goalie. A Man of the Match of performances from the ex-Chelsea player, but he was totally let down by the penalty awarded against them and the one his teammate King missed.

The battle for a European birth

In order; Watford (7th); Wolves (8th); West Ham (9th); Bournemouth (10th) play for that European spots left behind the top-six clubs. Wolves were the high flyers, but apparently, Cardiff gave way for Watford to hit their way above the Wanders after Matchday 27 was done and dusted.

West Ham looks as if they going to have one of the strongest endings to a campaign they’ve had in a while. Bournemouth, rightfully in the position they are after the disappointing midseason, coupled with the current form they showing.

Think it’s safe to say… Everton along with Leicester has long fallen out of the battle, in their search for European nights.
