What a week it was in the English Premier League! Man City’s 6-0 evisceration of Chelsea was one of the most impressive performances of the season and may have left Maurizio Sarri on the chopping block.

Elsewhere, United and Liverpool emerged with comfortable 3-0 victories, while Cardiff and Southampton delivered some incredible, late drama. The Welsh side was able to grab a last-gasp winner and drag themselves out of the relegation zone ahead of the Saints.

On the last of the day, Newcastle nearly stunned the league by almost taking all the points at Molineux Stadium when they shared a point with Wolves. The home side was lucky to get back into the game and for the second time running when these two have now met, a controversial moment has affected Rafa’s result.
