Not your Cherries bashing that we’ve come to know, but another three points taken when they supposed to. Huddersfield came so close, but were yet so far.

Things started off in similar fashion for the home side. That’s with Ryan Fraser and Callum Wilson combining again for a Bournemouth goal. A goal from a set piece in the first five minutes of the match set Howe and his men on their way to three points.

The only problem was, the goal had a touch of offside in it, but hey, that’s football for you. Uncontrollable in the fixture, Fraser added to his assist with a fine and well-constructed goal on the break in the 22 minute of the game.

The next came soon after but in favour of Huddersfield and we all thought, game on. Unfortunately, nothing transpired int the next 45 minutes and the game ended with goals only being scored in the first half.

Howe’s Bournemouth moves back into sixth place for a couple of hours, waiting on the result between United and Arsenal, and Newcastle’s trip to Everton. This, all while Wagner and his men fight for dear life, week in and out. They sit in 17th place, a point above the drop spots.
