GW14 only finished two days ago but already we have to face GW15 as the festive fixture list truly gets underway.

Over the next month we will see 7 FPL game weeks, not including the one we just had! With all of this madness to come it’s important to take a minute and check your squad. You will need a decent bench with people likely to start as many matches as possible in case of rest and rotation.

Matchday 15 Fixtures

Tuesday Night

Bournemouth vs. Huddersfield
West Ham vs. Cardiff City
Brighton vs. Crystal Palace
Watford vs. Manchester City

You should always consider the possibility of a player being rotated when picking your squad, however all things are relative and at this time of year there are very few players not at risk of being rested at some point. So pick your players based on how much competition there is for that spot – the Spurs midfield has 4 or 5 players competing for the 2 slots behind Kane, while Kane himself is almost untouchable.

Wednesday Fixtures

Fulham vs. Leicester City
Wolves vs. Chelsea
Burnley vs. Liverpool
Everton vs. Newcastle
Manchester United vs. Arsenal
Tottenham vs. Southampton

This midweek round of fixtures presents a lot of potential for FPL managers. Free scoring Man City travel to Watford, Liverpool face struggling Burnley and Spurs welcome newly manager-less Southampton to Wembley. There’s a lot to think about and not much time, so here’s a few things to consider for GW15.
