The end of the year is here and the English Premier League gears up for its busiest period of the footballing season. What can we expect today on tempting Tuesday?

Four fixtures to kickstart the important December and January period. The log leaders and Premier League champions lead the way again, as they did over the weekend in Matchday 14. There will be a big battle as well, when West Ham hosts Cardiff City.

The other sees the Cherries take on the Terriers in a bounce back match for both. What can we expect from this one? Well, we know Eddie Howe’s been going after clubs in relentless attacking style – so he will definitely try to take everything against Wagner’s boys.

Tuesday Matchday 15 fixtures

Watford vs. Manchester City
Bournemouth vs. Huddersfield
West Ham vs. Cardiff City
Brighton vs. Crystal Palace

The last of the four to mention are teams who want to double on three points in as many games after both sides claimed victory over their respective opponents, this weekend past. Tempting Tuesday sets up to be a great way to start the midweek events.

Let’s preview the eight teams playing later tonight…
