It’s the 14th weekend of English Premier League and we start the weekend off with some Friday Night Football between the promoted, Cardiff City and Wolves.

The battle of the newbies, well not so new seeing we already a day away from December and  buckling up for the crazy festive season. What can expect from clubs showing contrast form from one another, since rejoining the Premier League?

These two won’t settle for a draw that’s for sure. Many battles between the two clubs. So both managers very familiar with each other and know what to expect. A fair duel? The Bluebirds can count their blessings the fixture takes place at home in Wales. Wolves have matched some of the best in the league when playing at home.

The talk before Friday Night Football

The worry goes all the same for the managers in their English Premier League. A concern of playing three games in a minimal of eight days, calls for changes in personnel. When and where is the question – with these fixtures meaning so much to Premier League survival.

Besides this problem, Neil Warnock needs to make a change up front with them only scoring three goals in four games, since their hammering over Fulham. An encounter as important as this one. Besides the dismal performance in front of goal, the leak at the back calls for some questions.

Cardiff holds the record for the second highest goals conceded this season and we only at Matchday 14. The approach of a defensive-minded team has gathered them eight points in total. A victory sees them out of the bottom three, as two points separate 20th Fulham from15th place Huddersfield.

The Welsh supporters must get behind their team.

Wolves love to pluck the feathers from the Bluebirds

This venue brings back good and fruitful memories for Nuno Santo, as this venue crowned them the champions last season. But in all fairness, Wolves played above all other teams and deserved it before the others.

Many things to think about with the shooting boots missing. Off the back of four losses and a draw against one of the big six. The goal-scoring Wolves must return after collecting only one point in five fixtures. Not the team who started the season off so brightly.
