The black and white stripes of Italy, better known as the Old Lady, takes to England in search of their third straight Champions League victory.

Ronaldo sends conflicting emotions and thoughts out to all in this one. He returns to European action after serving a one-match ban, due to receiving a red card in their opener of the group. It was a silly red card to begin with, but it was plausible that it could have been a longer ban.

Now as a United fan, you either saying it was poor luck that he got one-match ban and now will start later this evening. Or, are you happy it’s just the one match out, and you get to watch the man who brought you memorable moments for a healthy chunk of his career?

Ronaldo, not thee only threat coming to Old Trafford. He will be accompanied by hat-trick hero, Paulo Dybala. The little maestro has only featured in one game so far in the UCL, but has already added three to his name. Image him with Ronaldo at the tip of the Old Lady’s attack tonight?

Massimiliano Allegri always has many attacking options. He must be happy this is a place Ronaldo loves to score, but hasn’t been to since leaving the club. Even though it’s so early in the competition, their stance in Group H gives them absolutely nothing to worry about.

But they do come up against a United side with more to prove than they do. Jose’s men appear to be playing with an almost, “never say die type of attitude”, but also start of things late in the match. Hopefully a it’s a consistent look of the positive and Saturday past wasn’t the last we’ve seen of it.

These two have a big history and this is a cup Jose can put his full focus into, now that the English title could be well out of his reach by now. Juventus has a big trip in what has to be labelled, the top-of-the-table clash and winner takes all affair.
