The Saints sit at 15. They aren’t playing well but haven’t been bad enough yet to be a bottom five team in the power rankings. Besides facing one of the most underrated teams in the league in Bournemouth, Southampton has to face their own demons on offense. They haven’t scored in their last three Premier League games.
Last Match: D 1-1 vs. Huddersfield Town
Next Match: SAT at. Manchester City
Burnley has fluctuated quite a bit this season. Sean Dyche has quickly gotten his team from last place to 12th-place in the table after the super busy schedule to start the campaign. Gonna be a really tough stretch for the Clarets with Man City, Chelsea, West Ham, and Leicester their next four opponents.
Last Match: W 1-0 vs. West Ham
Next Match: SAT at. Newcastle
Glenn Murray might be the most clutch scorer in the Premier League with his winning goal against West Ham getting Brighton its second win this season. The Seagulls have been pretty impressive this season and continue the great home form they showed off last season. Brighton plays Newcastle in search of a third win.
Last Match: L 0-1 at. Brighton
Next Match: SAT vs. Tottenham
West Ham is still improving and a London derby against Tottenham is another opportunity to pick up points at home against a top-six side. The Hammers attack has improved and Marko Arnautovic is in-form for his club and scored a goal for Austria during the break. A result against Tottenham will keep West Ham in top-ten consideration early on this season.
Last Match: L 0-4 vs. Bournemouth
Next Match: SAT at. Wolverhampton
