English Premier League: It’s a sensational Saturday of football – Matchday 6
The real test begins today! An overload of football with the introduction of European games and other cup competition. The time is now when squads get judged for depth and quality.
A great return to European action for some and a sad reminder of how unforgiving these high-profile competitions are. Those who capitalised from their respective fixtures march into Matchday 6 with some good steam.
Big question for the mid-table teams and bottom feeders, who are still involved in the Carabao Cup coming this week, are they to play strong elevens or not? Do they want to go after some silverware and steal an accolade from a top-six bully?
Whatever the case may be, this Saturday is set out to be another great addition to the 2018/19 English Premier League campaign.

Recap of MD5’s affairs…
Liverpool kicked things off in the exact way before the break. According to Klopp, the best this season. Spurs failure carried on making them back-to-back losers, leaving Mauricio with some thinking to do.
The real money return came when Bournemouth, Chelsea, and Man City slaughtered their oppositions, individually. Goal feast from the Etihad to the Vitality stadium. It was a great day for football. Of the lot’s results – Chelsea’s goal rush meant they topped the table after Matchday 5.
There were once three, but because Jose’s got his groove back, United took that title away. United did what is expected of a top side, and that’s beat a mid-table team with no altercations.
Sunday saw the Hammers of London gain their first points and add value to their name on the table. In the other game played, Wolves came away with a well-fought 1-0 victory over Burnley. Matchday 5 ended with Southampton suffering the worst fate, sharing the points after being two goals up.
Enough about then, let us take a look at now. Here is the preview for today’s happenings…

First matchup – Fulham vs. Watford
The team who were part of the perfection in the early part of the season, travel to Craven Cottage for a chance to bounce back from their final defeat. Fulham will be looking to recover from a heavy defeat after going three games without a loss.
Both teams are looking to get three points with the London club trying to justify their spending still. Watford’s loss against United was one that went against their cause in the early days. However, Fulham are not of the same quality – they will be looking to exploit their frail defence in this one.
