The champions needed a rocket from Kyle Walker to beat Newcastle two weeks ago and have been slightly off in their last two Premier League games. The homestand continues with the match against Fulham and a Champions League return versus Lyon.

Jose Holebas has been the most effective defender in the EPL while Will Hughes and Troy Deeney are finding good chemistry and generating chances. This team is easily the story of the season thus far.

Maurizio Sarri and Chelsea are perfect and the players have adapted to his system rather quickly. Cardiff’s surprise performance against Arsenal is unlikely against Chelsea, who also open the Europa League in Greece on Thursday.

Liverpool stays as the best team in the EPL and might be the best team in Europe. A win against Tottenham could be the first of many in a gauntlet of games coming up for Jurgen Klopp. If they did win, it would set up an amazing match at Anfield with Liverpool and PSG having perfect records in their respective leagues.

The EPL title is up for grabs and Man City will get challenged and tested by a couple of teams. If anything was proven during the first four matches of this season is that Liverpool is a serious title contender and a candidate for the best team in Europe.
