The third Saturday of the Premier League was jammed packed with red cards and some surprising results. It did not disappoint.

Wolves 1-1 Man City

The day started off with a nail-biter between Wolverhampton and Manchester City. No one would have guessed that Wolves would strike first. This was with a goal (with his hand) from Willy Boly in the 57th minute. The goal gave them the lead, but not for long. Soon, Manchester City’s goal was provided by Aymeric Laporte in minute 69.

After Manchester City’s 6-1 win over Huddersfield, more was expected of them. Wolverhampton held the line and came out with a draw even though they only had 28% of the possession. They never fell behind and looked especially dangerous when Adama Traore came on in the 72nd minute for Helder Costa. Manager Nuno Santo has a lot to take away from an impressive show of force from his team.
