Individual greatness in one move – that is basically the look of this forward’s goal over the weekend.

Callum Wilson makes it two in two after his remarkable effort on Saturday past. Normally the likes of Salah, Sane, or others, would be able to cap off individual greatness in a single motion.

The reason this man takes second place this week. Collecting the ball in the middle of the pitch, passing two or more defenders and then easing it in, was something out of Messi’s book. That, plus the fact he turned the game on its head, gives me all the reason to put him here.

He levelled in the 60th minutes, starting a winning chain reaction. Not long after and the Cherries were up by two goals to one. A massive turnaround after being a goal down. An individual showing deserving of second place.
