The most hated man in England stitched another stitch in the lips of the haters after scoring the opening goal for the champions in a tough contest between them and Arsenal.

Sterling’s goal was a well placed shot that led the way for Manchester City to go all the way and take all the points on the day. The goal makes the list because of him always taking heat from the media but still managing to play above it and do wonders for Pep. And yes, it was well placed.

He and his teammates are well on their way to defending their English Premier League title. Sterling’s goal was the first of two for the away team. A great victory over substantial opposition.
