A bit of an unorthodox mention, Cenk Tosun was brought in by Everton in January to fill their glaring hole at centre-forward.

The Turkish international improved steadily as the season went on, and even though he isn’t a big name, you can expect him to up his game this season.

He is one of the more complete forwards in the league, as he is excellent in transition, with his back to goal, and with the ball at his feet. It seems to be a prudent signing from Everton.

With Marco Silva’s fluid style, along with 2 electric wingers in Richarlison and Walcott next to him, Cenk Tosun has everything he needs to become a breakout star in the Premier League this season.
