There should be a lot more movement in the coming days, weeks, with the transfer window closing before the English Premier League kicks off.

Chelsea continue to look for great additions while they suffer to their rivals, due to the lack of Champions League football. A player in search of a way out of Stamford Bridge could be used in a swap deal for a promising defender. Alvaro Morata could be used as a bargaining chip for defender, Daniele Rugani. However, a deal is way off from being struck.

In other top six news, Man United look set to do business to provide funds for incoming, Alderweireld or even an alternate option to the Belgium defender. With the news of Claude Puel stating Maguire’s not for sale – the former could be the one who will become a Red Devil in August.

Another player Chelsea’s been linked with and rival Liverpool for, is Christian Pulisic from Dortmund. The player has refused to sign a new contract, with the club ready to listen to offers around £67 million (€70 milion).

Hot Harry Maguire was sure to be a massive transfer talk this summer and it seems his manager’s made it clear to the public, he’s not for sale and is going nowhere. Yet, Manchester United and Tottenham have been strongly linked with the England centre back. Either a huge wage increase is coming, or we could have our next most expensive defender transfer in history on our hands.
