EPL: A guide to Saturday’s International Champions Cup matches

A full Saturday of football awaits us for the International Champions Cup. Here is all the info to know about the six games tomorrow.
The International Champions Cup continues Saturday with six marquee matches across the globe. For more than 17 hours tomorrow, you can watch the ICC to get you even more excited for the regular season. For now, the preseason roles along with a massive day on Saturday.
Currently, Borussia Dortmund sits at the top of the ICC table with seven points from their three matches. A couple of teams can narrow the gap with Dortmund to try and win the ICC.
Arsenal vs. PSG
Where – Singapore National Stadium – Kallang, Singapore
When – 7:30 am EST
On – ESPN2
The day begins in Singapore with Arsenal’s second ICC match. After a penalty shootout loss to Atletico, the Gunners will try and bounce back against PSG, Unai Emery’s former team. PSG’s biggest stars Neymar, Kylian Mbappe, and Edinson Cavani did not make the trip with the squad. Gianluigi Buffon, Adrien Rabiot, and Timothy Weah are some of the notable players with the French champions.
Benfica vs. Juventus
Where – Red Bull Arena – Harrison, New Jersey
When – 1:00 pm EST
On – ESPN2
Before the New York Red Bulls host the Columbus Crew, Red Bull Arena will have another football match being played. Benfica and Juventus meet in their second ICC matches. The Italian champs started with a 2-0 win over Bayern in Philly while Benfica won on penalties over Dortmund. The penalty shootout win leaves Benfica with two points. Juventus’ three points with two games left give them a chance to hop Dortmund for first place.
Chelsea vs. Inter
Where – Allianz Riviera – Nice, France
When – 2:00 pm EST
On – ESPNews
Chelsea and Inter Milan will make their ICC debuts tomorrow in France. The Blues preseason squad is full of big names as transfer rumors continue to float around the Chelsea team under Maurizio Sarri. Inter are deep in the preseason having played four matches. They have only won a single match, a 3-0 win over Lugano on July 14th.
Man United vs. Liverpool
Where – Michigan Stadium – Ann Arbor, Michigan
When – 5:00 pm EST
On – ESPN
The biggest stadium in the United States will host one of the biggest rivalries in Premier League football. Manchester United return to Ann Arbor after many years to face Liverpool in the North West Derby. The Big House hosted the largest crowd for a football match in American history when more than 109,000 people saw Man U play Real Madrid. Will that number be beaten on Saturday?
Bayern vs. Man City
Where – Hard Rock Stadium – Miami, Florida
When – 7:00 pm EST
On – ESPN
The football rolls along in Miami where German champions, Bayern Munich, take on the Premier League centurions, Manchester City. The two sides suffered losses on Wednesday and will try to bounce back in their final ICC matches. Man City is in danger of finishing with three losses, which would be a very underwhelming start for 2018-19.
Barcelona vs. Tottenham
Where – Rose Bowl – Pasadena, California
When – 11:00 pm EST
On – ESPN
The final match tomorrow comes from the most famous stadium in the United States, the Rose Bowl. Pasadena citizens will see Barcelona take on Tottenham in a rare clash. Tottenham is one of the teams that can still win the ICC. They must win their next two games to hop Dortmund, and their 4-1 win over Roma gives them the confidence they can do so. Barcelona’s squad features stars such as Sergi Roberto, Aleix Vidal, and Andre Gomes.
