Tottenham: Spurs summer shift – Player stay or transfer out of White Hart Lane

A certain Belgian is likely to be heading for the exit door, whilst another won’t be.

Jan Vertonghen: I voted him my best player for Spurs this season, so I believe that out of everyone so far, his retention is the most likely.

Davinson Sanchez: Tottenham’s record signing put pen to paper on a new contract which will keep him at the club until 2024. So, his fate should be the same as Vertonghen’s.

Toby Alderweireld: There have been constant reports all season that he wont be at the club in the 2018-2019 season. Recent developments suggest that the club will decide his fate and that it is out of the player’s hands. Therefore, other clubs will inevitably circle him, so I can see Tottenham letting him go this summer.
