The Conte problem persists with an outcome or decision perhaps coming only after the all-important FA Cup Final.

On Saturday, an important date between two of England’s powerhouses takes place. They meet in the final of the oldest cup in English football. Hopefully, we in for one of the best finals this season and the game is well contested between Chelsea and Manchester United.

However, the drama inside the Chelsea camp has hit an all time high approaching the end of the campaign. These issues have been around since the start of the Premier League term and seem to have taken a turn where rumours now currently favour all parties involved.

According to some – Antonio Conte’s looking for way out

As per the video above regarding Conte and his new antics – Conte has been the man engineering the move to have, well not a swift exit, but a sure one after their final game.

It’s true and has to be said… Other managers take what they get and work with what they got. If they complain and run a show about the players they don’t have, it will end up having an effect on the players they do have.

The unhappiness has spread all over. You can breathe the air of bitterness and betrayal at Stamford Bridge. Before you felt for the Italian, thinking Chelsea and their board are the ones to blame for the problems going on. But now it seems Conte’s looking and searching for a way out.

If rumours have already circulated about Chelsea and their mission to find another new manager, then you can believe we could have very well seen the last of Conte in the Blues’ technical area – come next season.

The love for the wonder boy outweighs the importance of the charismatic man

The motive has certainly been down to, too many chiefs sitting at one table, unable to come to an agreement. The encouragement for the club to follow through is the rumours of their best players wanting out if he stays.

We’ve heard this before, haven’t we?

Now we know the Stamford bridge side has always opted to keep the player happy over management. So does the importance of their most valuable player outweigh the importance of their trophy driven boss?

It will all unfold very soon with Conte out, as the most likely outcome. Two managers in four years – not a pretty sight for the Stamford Bridge side.
