Transfer news: Liverpool already being threatened by Salah exit talks
The fear Liverpool will forever feel is losing a player who they’ve bled in, who eventually becomes one of the best in world football. Liverpool first battle for next season will be to keep Mohamed Salah at Anfield to prevent this.
Knock, knock. Who’s there? A big team. A big team who? A big team wanting your best player of the previous season. That has been the cry at the Anfield camp for many seasons running.
Names who’ve done the deal to crossover, Fernando Torres, Luis Suarez and most recently, Philippe Coutinho. These great names in the game today have all left the Reds after successful stints.
Much has changed but the one thing constant is the annoyance of Spanish giants taking their crowned jewels. Before Coutinho left Anfield for Camp Nou, many believed Klopp to be a powerful influence and massive pulling factor for players who want to stay or join the club.
However, in Klopp’s first summer transfer window he had his hands full with one of the worst transfer sagas to date. He and the LFC board were unable in all their efforts to convince the Brazilian to stay and eventually lost out to Barca during the January transfer window.
This worry will continue until Liverpool turn their great form into trophy-winning form.

The wheel that keeps turning and the next contender is…
The next player the Reds are worried to lose to another rival or abroad is, Mohamed Salah. Performing in a galaxy far beyond any other footballer this season has set off global alarms.
Top scorer in the Premier League, PFA Player of the Year, and leading the pack in Europe as the player involved in the most goals in all competitions. This will certainly ring bells in the ears of those at Real Madrid and even PSG.
Next: Watford could attempt to keep Deulofeu
But the question is… Will he go and venture in a new campaign, or continue to flourish prolifically with Jurgen Klopp? The Liverpool manager is adamant his star winger is going nowhere. However, we have heard such speeches before and seen the player move on, nonetheless.
If they take the Champions League, it will be one battle won in keeping their man at Liverpool. If they get another few new names to the roster – they will then guarantee the stay of a player needed to push them on for better honours.
