The home team enters this one as firm favourites above their visitors. Tottenham also has no choice but to win and try to claim back third place. Whereas Watford, need to get a result, or at least try.

Watford have found themselves in between the thick of things only six points above the team who sit third last. It will take a win here and somebody else to lose there, and then another team to do terribly bad there and another to do superbly well on the here.

The battle is as tight as a man with a 46 waist trying to fit into size 34 jeans. There has been little margin for fooling around and almost no space to breath between fixtures. Watford really enjoyed the best start to the Premier League in their history of taking part – It was sure shock to see them plunder so terribly quick to where they find themselves today.

The home side’s battle royal has three teams remaining in the ring all of the same weight and ready to take out whoever of that special Champions League spot. The fight has been fortunate for Spurs after the team being chased slipped up, in back-to-back league fixtures.

Tottenham have no reason to take no points and all the reasons to take all

Two games in hand and only four points separating them and Liverpool, who occupy third place. It’s the most important goal to finish in the third-place spot for both these teams. If Arsenal pull off a stunning end to their campaign by winning the Europa Cup – they could get the last laugh over their bitter North London rivals or even Liverpool.

As its said to work now a days – if a Premier League team wins the second rated cup – they will automatically knock out the team sitting in the other Champions League position. This is worrying for Mauricio and his team. They’re in the driver’s seat, although, must make games like this count to keep piling on the pressure to Klopp and his Liverpool side.

They have only lost one match in their last ten fixtures. The team to beat them were the Champions, Manchester City. They’ve been on a more than convincing run with nothing to show for really. This has to be the only goal now – making it in above the Reds.

Watford travel without a safety car to Wembley

Six points above 18th place, with three games left to play displays the importance of every match. Watford has been hitting the headlines but not because of their excellent showing as it was in the beginning.

No! It’s more on transfers news and how poorly they’ve done in the dying weeks of the Premier League. They have not won a single game in their last six – shoving them down the barrel with the rest of the waste.

They have to change it around after results this weekend closed the gap between most of the teams fighting for survival. It’s at a point where a draw could be as fatal or costly as a loss.

Watford has a moral boost in their travels. They were slightly unlucky not to take all the points in the reverse fixture. They went up first but were levelled after a sublime finish by hitman, Son. If the game promises to be anything like the last – then we in for a great Monday Night Football. match.

Going for a Spurs win by a two or three goal margin.
