Is there a pray that can save the Saints this late on? Better check that archives for one, cause it looks like it’s going take a trick out of the bible to get them out of this predicament.

Bournemouth has just went under the radar all season. Either being close to relegation, or making light of things in keeping their distance from the drop zone. Southampton have scored in successive games, will it be this one where they actually make those goals count?

Could have our first Premier League victory for Hughes, but the Cherries will not be handing it over. Going for a tight 2-1 ball game, with the Saints the winners. What that means – they will move up but stay in the drop zone one points from the next spot, which is survival. They hoping Chelsea does that favour against Swansea in the other fixture.

Swansea City vs. Chelsea

The last of the day entertains with a must-win tie. Both teams need three points for their respective goals. Swansea need it to keep Southampton off their back. Chelsea needs the points to close that gap between them and fourth place.

The team more than likely to come out on top? Chelsea. They have all the tools and all those tools seem to be working better than before. Two victories on the road keeps them heavy favourites for the win.

The hosts haven’t won a game in five fixtures, losing their previous fixture by five goals to no reply. They cannot display the same poorness on the pitch. If they fail at home, maybe it should be the Swans who must go down.
