Swansea 0-1 Chelsea

The Blues quickly took the lead at the Liberty Stadium with a simple strike by Cesc Fabregas. His second goal of the season puts him in an exclusive club of Spanish legends. The goal was his first since August 27th.

Fabregas’ goal would be the lone strike of the day as Chelsea push themselves closer to the top four. They are now two points behind Spurs for a Champions League spot. Antonio Conte seeks his fifth straight win when the Blues host Liverpool in what should be an exciting contest.

Swansea’s loss has them just one point ahead of Southampton. The Swans are right in the thick of the relegation battle with three left to play. Their next test will be a match against Bournemouth at the Vitality.
