Arsenal’s biggest fixture of this long and dreadful campaign features later this evening. Two real powerhouses square off inside the Emirates in the Champions League’s babysitter tournament, the Europa League.
Everything from here on out will be seen as a send off for the outgoing, Arsene Wenger. The most important duty for every player on the pitch is to give the Frenchman, the perfect send off. Although, in saying this – it will be the hardest ask against their worthy opponents tonight.
"These players deserve something special - I want to do it for them." 🔴⚪

Diego Simeone has led a strong side all season long in both competitions, Champions League and Europa. Unfortunately, his side came short on the big stage, when they were involved in the group of death during their Champions League run, and were eventually knocked out as they finished third place.

Much has changed since then – after being reunited with his bad boy striker, Diego Costa. Who comes back to England about five month after leaving Chelsea, previously winning the league title with them. Arsenal have some additions who can make a huge difference in this competition.
This is the most prestigious match of the two semifinals taking place in this year’s Europa League campaign. The other semi features Marseille and Red Bull Salzburg. The difference in personnel between the two semis – separates these two by train lengths.
