It is true Lukaku is not as much of a threat as he was at the beginning of the season. Still, in terms of goals scored (16) he’s an excellent striker.

He has led a trio of young and less experienced attackers (Lingard, Rashford, and Martial) and an uninspired Pogba. This is amazing considering Man United is ranked second in the league.

Along with Lukaku’s high goal production he has made seven assists. This eye for key passes is missing from the game of many other strikers.

His play-style is very Mourinho-esqe since he is physical and dominating. This has even led some to call him a bully, but that’s just how he gets it done.
