A busy weekend of action involving both, Premier League fixtures and FA Cup fixtures. Because of this, there are only five Premier League fixtures being played of Matchday 35 during Saturday and Sunday.

There are two fixtures to be played besides the London derby between Arsenal and West Ham. The other two fixtures sees Burnley travel to Stoke City, and Manchester City entertain Welsh side, Swansea City.

Not the best fixtures to look forward to on what’s supposed to be Super Sunday, but a chance to watch Man City and their brilliant attack. Out the lot taking part in Sunday the must-win teams are, Stoke City and Swansea – who swim in treacherous waters.

Other than that, Burnley sits in the comfort zone worrying only about European football and City, who were crown champions last weekend after the United loss. What to expect from today’s clashes before the weekend action concludes.

Stoke City vs. Burnley

Burnley travels to BET365 stadium to take on hosts, Stoke City. How much will you bet me Burnley will come away with a result?

More from Burnley FC

All season long the visitors have stolen points away from home and did wonders this term, giving reason to the high finish in the Premier League. It’s been a joy to watch and something to savor in a world where money runs the show.

Burnley did however, have a rare failure when they lost to Conte’s Chelsea, midweek. Sitting comfortably in seventh place gives them breathing room for error. Although, a win will form part of capping off an outstanding campaign.

Stoke City must be afraid, be very afraid. They can’t afford a draw, which is all they’ve been able to do besides losing terribly in the latter stage of the campaign. In December of last year when these two met in the reverse fixture, the Clarets were one of those teams who beat Stoke.

Going for a Burnley win only because Paul Lambert’s inability to get more than one goal a game.

Manchester City vs. Swansea City

David versus Goliath, with Goliath being no other than the new champions and David, relegation scare, Swansea City. It’s a match that will not see a repeat of bible studies, but in actually fact the complete opposite.

Even though they were crowned champions, they still in search of finishing with the most points ever in a Premier League era. For City honestly, the tie seems almost done and points in direction of victory for the home side.

If Swansea feel strong ahead of the clash, then good on them. They need more than just strong feelings. Swansea sits a good couple of points above any of the spots in the drop zone. It will not be this match where they can guarantee their safety and a Premier League stay.

Going for strong City performance as they will want to show off their quality in front of the home crowd. Swansea will show up – but show up as a spectator and watch the Citizens play around them.
