Last place West Bromwich took the lead early at the Hawthorns. Salomon Rondon poked in a surging cross from Oliver Burke for the 1-0 lead ahead of the Foxes. The lead didn’t last long as Leicester City equalized in the 22nd minute. Riyad Mahrez’s long ball from midfield found Jamie Vardy who hit it instantly in the bottom right corner. 2016 flashbacks with this goal.

Seven straight defeats for the Baggies have them seven points below Stoke, who play Manchester City on Monday. Leicester’s first EPL victory since January 20th has them in the eighth position, three points above ninth place Everton.
