31. Poland vs. Senegal

This is a must-watch match (Say that five times fast). Robert Lewandowski and Poland will play their first World Cup match since 2006 against Sadio Mane and Senegal. Both sides have promising players and fun goalscorers. The game will be June 19th from Moscow.

32. England not wearing white every game

England will probably wear red in their match against Tunisia on June 18th. Maybe again if they make it past the group stage. Speaking of…

33. England actually being decent

This might be far-fetched but it isn’t crazy. Harry Kane will once again lead the line for the Three Lions and he could help them to a quarterfinal. England’s group is super easy and they could get a decent match-up in the round of 16. They might not suck. The keyword is might.

34. Edinson Cavani’s last hurrah

At age 31, Cavani will play in likely his final World Cup. His phenomenal set-pieces and shooting accuracy could bring Uruguay far in Russia.

35. Luis Suarez making headlines

Cavani’s teammate Luis Suarez has made headlines in both World Cups he has appeared in. In South Africa, a handball off the line against Ghana actually saved Uruguay from elimination. Suarez executed his third bite in Brazil in 2014. What will we see in 2018?

36. Kazan Arena

Russia will add the World Cup this summer to a list of major sporting events they have hosted in the last four years. Along with the Winter Olympics in Sochi, Kazan hosted the World Aquatics Championships in 2015. The stadium is simply gorgeous.

37. Russian dolls that are soccer players

This is a guess but some store in the heart of Russia is gonna make a Ronaldo or Messi doll. Or you put players of the teams in the order of height. I just want some soccer Russian dolls.

38. Watch parties from Moscow

Moscow will be the center of the planet’s attention for a month and many thousands of people will gather to watch games. The mass reactions from fans are a joy to witness.

39. Maria Komandnaya

FOX added Russian reporter Maria Komandnaya to the team for this summers tournament. She will bring an interesting perspective of the country and also be a great sideline reporter throughout the month.

40. The former US players doing color commentary

Landon Donovan, Aly Wagner, and Stu Holden will be just a few former USA players we will hear from the booth in the States. All three are excellent and great additions to a really good crew of personalities that FOX has got for the World Cup.
