It is exactly 100 days until the greatest sporting event in the world is back. To get pumped up, here are 100 things that we should be excited about seeing during the 2018 World Cup.

It is almost time for every sports fan on the planet to spend an entire month watching the best teams and players compete at the World Cup. With the EPL season being over, the World Cup is the perfect tournament to see how the best players in England do in the offseason. It is also our first look at many new faces who will be joining the EPL next season.

All those bright new stars from Russia 2018 will be signing with EPL teams immediately after the tournament. Last World Cup, stars like Luis Suarez, Enner Valencia, and Memphis Depay shined in Brazil and were rewarded with a Premier League contract. This summer, more than half of the 32 teams will likely have Premier League players trade their club jerseys for the new kits of their country. Almost every EPL club will have a player in Russia this summer on a “vacation” playing in England.

This is my favorite time of year and I thought I would share my excitement by bringing you these 100 things. The topics range from what I think teams can do in the tournament, aspects of the broadcasting, the host nation, and more. They are in no specific order. Some of them are definitely going to happen while others are speculation. Let’s get this party started!
