This might be one of the most obvious of the bunch but it is surely the most important. We all know Arsenal do not like to spend but love to sell.

But when your key players decide to leave and you have nothing to resort to, it could be very damaging. With Sanchez, Ozil, and Mustafi, all on the ropes, leaves holes in the squad. Very big holes!

Since the departure of Oxlade-Chamberlain looks more likely to happen, it looks like Walcott will be first choice if they don’t find a replacement. There is no question that the Gunners have the funds to spend on big name players (exp. Lacazette), I see no reason as to why they should sell but not spend.

Arsenal should go after central midfielders who have vision and the range of passing they can provide for your pacey attackers. Also, a centre-back that has the control to win balls and close down attackers instantly.
